- We can generate SUPERBILL for you to submit to your insurance if out of network, for reimbursement. The amount of reimbursement will depend on your specific insurance plan and deductible. We do not guarantee reimbursement. We encourage you to contact your insurance plan to determine if you will be reimbursed for any of your services.
- Labs and meds may be covered depending on your insurance billed separately by the lab and pharmacy.
- We do not accept Medicaid or Tricare. Please let us know if you have any of these plans.
