We can generate a superbill for you to submit to your insurance if out-of-network. Reimbursement depends on your specific plan and deductible — we do not guarantee reimbursement. Please contact your insurance to verify.
Labs and medications may be covered depending on your insurance and are billed separately by the lab and pharmacy.
We do not accept Medicaid or Tricare. Please let us know if you have either of these plans.
